A positive mindset brings positive things — easy to believe with a bright yellow skirt and top from Chicwish, catching the wind along the river by the Roberto Clemente Bridge.
Overcast skies did nothing to dull the color — if anything, the gray backdrop made the yellow skirt look even louder against the bridge.
