Cosmico is a NYC hidden gem, full stop. The entrance alone — draped floor to ceiling in bougainvillea — should tell you everything about the kind of night you're in for.
The cocktails here were seriously some of the best I've had, the food was just as good, and the staff made the whole evening feel effortless.
