"Morning sunshine" kicked off the day's Stories — a golden-hour selfie behind the wheel before the drive down into the city, sunroof catching the light the whole way. A few hours later, the trip landed exactly where it was headed: across one of Manhattan's old steel bridges and into the afternoon.
