Just a girl in a blue dress — a pleated color-block side-cutout maxi dress from @express, worn on a Las Vegas trip in front of the hippocampus fountain outside Caesars Palace.
The dress did the heavy lifting — cobalt pleats, a side slit, and a cutout waist against all that white marble and turquoise pool water.
