Paid partnership with The Palm Beaches: who knew vegan food could be this good? Genuinely one of the most delicious meals I've had, and I went in with zero expectations.
We spent the night at Planta in West Palm Beach — Lych Please (hibiscus-infused gin, lychee liqueur, pineapple) and a charcoal bourbon sour to start, then Bang Bang Broccoli, a dragon roll, cauliflower tots with truffle almond parmesan, and a spicy lumaconi pasta that I'm still thinking about. The brownie sundae closed it out and it wasn't close — warm chocolate brownie, vanilla ice cream, coconut cream, candied macadamia, hot fudge.
Great ambiance, good drinks, and food that made me forget it was all plant-based. Highly recommend if you're anywhere near Rosemary Square.
