This policy covers roopsibansal.com and the Instagram automation used by the @roopsi_bansal and @lifewithroopsi Instagram accounts.
This site uses Google Analytics to understand traffic (pages visited, general location, device type). If you use the contact form or newsletter signup, the information you submit (name, email, message) is sent via Web3Forms to Roopsi Bansal directly and is not sold or shared with third parties.
When you comment on a post from either Instagram account above, an automated system may:
To do this, the automation processes: your Instagram user ID, the text of your comment or message, and whether you follow the account. This data is used only to operate the automation (deciding what to reply, and what to send you) and is stored temporarily to avoid duplicate replies and to track an in-progress conversation. It is not sold, shared with advertisers, or used for any purpose beyond running this automation.
This integration uses the official Instagram API and Meta's Platform Terms — it does not read your DMs or comments beyond what you send to these accounts.
Automation data is kept only as long as needed to operate the reply flow (typically a few days) and is then automatically deleted. To request earlier deletion of any data associated with your account, contact us using the details below.
Questions about this policy or your data can be sent via the contact form or by messaging @roopsi_bansal on Instagram.
