Before the ride around the city, the day started a lot quieter — lunch prep for the week, all packed away in glass containers: sautéed baingan bharta, cilantro-topped aloo, and a spiced egg bhurji. A "lunch prep done ✅" kind of morning.
Then it was straight into baking — a walnut and chocolate chip loaf, dusted and ready, right before it went in the oven.
