NYC days, but make it a glow day. Today's reel takes you inside @helaskinnyc — from a peace sign on the Manhattan sidewalk to the calm, flower-filled studio and the facial itself.
The space is soft and serene: curved plaster walls, cream seating, an arched mirror, and greenery and white blooms everywhere you look. Then it's time to lie back, eyes closed, while the treatment gets underway.

The glow came with a side of grind, too — a morning workout shared to stories with a simple message: "No excuses, just showing up" 💪

The day didn't end at the spa. Next came an "Outfit of the Day" mirror check — a crisp white wrap blazer over black trousers, with a black tote in hand — before heading back into the city.

The evening's destination: the Cathedral of St. John the Divine, for The Art of Living's "An Evening with Gurudev on Power, Presence & Peace." A giant glowing Earth hung above the nave, there was an invitee check-in, pre-event snacks, and even a seat marked "Reserved Influencer."
And of course, the best part of any event — "Met amazing people."
Also Today: It's Officially Fall
"Rise and shine girls, it's officially fall" 🍁🍂 — the night closed out with a new reel, shot on a brownstone stoop dressed for the season in pumpkins, jack-o'-lanterns and a garland of autumn leaves around the door.
